Looking back on years of experience with different types of gear, I have concluded that we have developed a fast food mentality toward gear just like everything else in today's world. You don't need grams of gear to grow, you don't need cycles that takes a chemist to explain. If you just keep it simple and eat your going to grow.

Test for the most part is all that you need. Look back at the legends, they didn't have all of the stuff we have today and in my opinion they look better than most do today.

I have seen people run as little as 250mg to 500mg a week and grow like a weed, but you have to eat and you have to train. If you don't do all three, your just wasting your time and money.

I agree. I can take 400 mg of test cyp per week, and get bigger and stronger. It's Pharma, for trt. I just I get 200 mg per week, I don't always take 200 mg, I get a stock pile then have at it. As he said and I would agree, more is not always better, for me. In fact I don't think I've ever disagreed with anything he has posted.

I have long passed the idea of being the biggest in the gym, I want to have the best possible health that I can have, look good and have a quality of life that is awesome. I don't see any need to run massive cycles and spend $$$$ to chase that goal any longer.

Yes I've never had the desire to be a 230 lb competitive body builder, Just look good, I try for great. My dosing is really never high, and I never have more than 2-3 compounds at a time. A lot can be done with a little, with work.

I will always condone smaller dosages. I came from making outstanding gains with one injection of 250mg TEST per week so I know its possible.

I just ran a cycle that was 500mgs test and 250mgs deca per week and was and look better at 40 than I did at 25 when I was easily running cycles with twice as much per weekod

Folks it depends on wat u want from the gear , for building muscle or good physique the less is better but in lifting game 250 mg test doesn't do no shit, that's a fact too
