Love it. Angles, raise it 1/2 inch more, twist pinky up. I am a big believer in this, however I don't look like that. I'll keep trying. Great video.

lol, yeah Victor knows how to train smart ! He did a MuscleChemistry Training Seminar for Us Years ago, and you dont know what you dont know, lol, i learned a lot of the little nuances like are shared in this video, some ayhow lol
