    Default Sides On Cycle Making Me Look Crap

    I am only using test/tren for several years now and threw in the odd anavar last year. Water wise I am drinking a lot more per day and diet wise I have really cleaned up the foods I eat.

    My face, on any cycle, becomes rounded and bloated regardless of water intake, diet, training, etc. I have tried no estro tablets, also tried to maintain it through estro tablets, it still is an issue. There becomes a 'fat layer' just under the jaw line and makes my look crap. On the most recent cycles, my face is very oily, and I get spots (not many still because I literally control it twice a day with scrubs etc), and libido is still crashing a lot. I've never had side effects on cycles (other than hair growth, and a some libido increase) but the past 2-3 cycles I have just got 'bad' side effects. It is worse for me when its on the face as I have a customer facing sales type job so if I look crap its not good.

    My body however is looking better. So its weird. Once I am off everything, I look better, but then of course I am weak as hell (my natural test is low ish) and my body looks crap.

    I am unsure what to do here... Any advice for me?

    Edit: I am wondering if taking something like HGH would be better and less 'intrusive' on my hormonal system. I'm in no rush to get to a certain goal, I'm in this for the long haul, just don't want to get my skin or generally medically worse or anything in the desire to get a few more inches on my chest.

    hmmm, what kind of test are you taking?
    I am taking test e + lgd and im getting no sides of water bloat / acne / greasy. I feel an increased in body temp, and my spuds have changed in size.. Other than that, no sides of water bloat.. I am also dosing HCG 250iu every 4th day + arimidex .25mg every 3rd day.

    I am taking multivtiamins and magnesium/calcium/zinc in the evening. I don't add salt to food.
    I had a blood test recently, potassium was a little high, sodium and all other things were normal.
    I think it may be 'white food' e.g. white pasta, white bread etc causing it. When i had whole wheat penne I was fine. I will monitor it.

    The only thing you changed was you cleaned up your diet and started taking Var ( one of the most counterfeited hormones out there), Dbol or................you name it is usually way cheaper than var.

    Cut the var and see if that fixes the problem, it should only take 2-4 days depending on the half life.

    Yep, now thats some great advice had he of been on anavar, and overlooked too often.

    Btw, my libido seems to have crashed on this cycle. It went up on the week I first jabbed then very low.
    Getting hard is fine, spurting is very very difficult, I can go on forever basically which doesn't seem right. Do I need something extra?

    Yes, less horny overall, no issues getting it up, but takes forever to cum.
    Wondering if i need some AI or something while on cycle. No gyno or other issues.
    It was increased 1-2 weeks into the cycle then randomly crashed and has stayed low.

    You could try MC advanced supps' Aqua-dex. Start with .5 mg twice a week. How much test and tren are you taking? Even though you may not be taking a lot of test, Tren "enhances" the effects of estrogen. I would also take the Anti-P too, .5mg 2x a week.

    How much tren/test are you taking? A lot of guys like to keep test higher than tren, others like it 50/50, still others seem to have no issues on a trt dose of T and 400-600mg of tren/ week.

    I am curious your ratios and think the advice above may help you tremendously. Estrogen is what is making you look bloated, and something is out of wack somewhere. It would be helpful if you had your blood work done, but understand if you haven't.

    My testosterone has to be at least double my trenbolone acetate dosage, otherwise i get issues from the tren lol
