A lot of pros use it before going on stage. It inflames your muscles and makes them pop for roughly 12 hours. Hany Rambod reportedly loves the stuff and several of his athletes supposedly use it.

But it's actually an ED medication. Pornstars use inject it for guaranteed giant hard-ons.

I don't know anyone who has used caverject for filling out muscle for a show. I don't think it works that way. I think there was a discussion a while back about using PGE1 for that purpose which is similar to the active drug in caverject. You might want to look for that old discussion.
