Default Alpha Lipoic Acid - what you need to know.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is often used in fat loss stacks but the reality is that it’s probably more effective as a general health supplement than a weight loss supplement. High dosages of ALA are even being explored as a potential treatment for certain symptoms of diabetes. However, its antioxidant properties mean that bodybuilders may not want to take ALA around their workouts to avoid impairment of protein signaling. Overall, ALA won’t have massive implications for younger bodybuilders, but older individuals may get more benefits.

Now that will require some more research.
