    Default Heavy Negativers for growth.

Heavy negatives are great for growth, however, they’re basically impossible to do alone. If you want a new intense training stimulus while training along, give max effort isometrics a shot. Set up in a power rack according to the steps given in the infographic. From there, using just the bar, push or pull as hard as you can against the second safety racks for a given amount of time. These can be performed for 3-5 sets of 3-10 seconds of all-out effort. If you give these everything you’ve got, the strength and size gains will come!

    Um, missing the infographic..

Negatives are great for extra muscle stimulation, but you have to watch out for severe DOMS afterwards.
