    Default Pec Major Activation

For the pec major to get a complete contraction there has to be a bit of internal rotation.
    .
By letting the shoulders come forward it allows some motion to occur on down the entire arm. When you look down at your hands your thumbs should be pointing slightly towards your body and your pinky’s will be pointing further away from your body.
    .
If you add this in you will get the true range of motion in this exercise.

I will have to try this. Unfortunately my chest is one of those muscle groups for me that's hard to 'feel' and get that mind/muscle connection.
