Extreme Lethargy/Fatigue and Low Libido
I've been on 500mg/test E and 400mg/tren E a week for the past 6 weeks. I am taking AI (1/2 tablet) daily also.
My diet has been around 2.5k cals, about 200g carb/protein and 100g fat. All good clean foods. No mass shakes this time more food and just 1 whey shake and casein before I sleep.
I've lost about 5kg on cycle. I do look a bit leaner, chest is the same size so I'm guessing it is fat.
I am training but strength is not as great as it was before, mostly because I've had a start/stop due to external circumstances.
I have been off work as I'm having extreme fatigue. I sleep at 10pm by night, and wasn't waking up until 10am, then 11am and now 2pm in the afternoon. If I forced woke up I would look like a zombie, black bags under eyes and everything. Once I am awake, I am fine, and can concentrate usually.
I have also had a libido crash - banging max 1x a week if that and nothing otherwise.
What is going on? I am having blood work done next week (hormones) and seeing a neurologist about the excess sleep, but other than that, I am lost. I feel really unhealthy and idk why.

Yeah and another thing is if it was prolactin I would think you would have some kind of issue with your nipples depending on how long it's been going on everyone's body is different though. It definitely can't hurt to throw in something for prolactin considering you're taking 400 MG of Tren. Primi is Pramipexole. However it's a touchy drug as far as dosing goes. If you Take a little too much they can make you feel sick it's something your body can has to get used to although people like it because it elevates your GH levels. Personally if it was me I would go with caber. .5MG every 5 to 7 days should be good and if it's a prolactin issue it will definitely fix it and it will definitely help your sex drive as porn stars are known to use it. At least that's what I hear.haha. Good luck brother and definitely keep me posted when you get that low work as I'm intrested.

Any results from the bloodwork yet? Any sleep meds? I use melatonin and valerian root to help myself sleep.
I just saw you said 400mg of tren e... Tren E is really strong, and even 200mg/week will build up enough that it makes you feel like you're wheezing just to get up the stairs from fatigue. Tren A doesn't seem to do this as much depending on the dose, but Tren E is well known for interrupting sleep patterns and making you feel fatigued. Stop the tren e, and you'll probably start to feel like your old self again within a week or two. Or you can do what Macho313 said.. your prolactin is probably off the charts with that dosage. An AI won't do anything for the tren. Need caber or prami like he said.

Blood is next Monday.
I tried Nytol to sleep ... actually nothing happened. I still fall asleep at 3-4 am in the morning only, sleeping till 12 noon or 1pm. Sleep patterns have completely broken despite me really trying to fall asleep earlier / forcing waking up.
I can come off the tren E and keep the test going simply. I am out of breathe quickly in workouts. Other than that, I'm not running out of energy or feeling tired when I'm actually awake. When injecting I get a slight tingle in the lungs for 30 seconds then nothing else.
Libido was low before cycle (was off completely for 3-4 months if I remember the timing) and it was really bad (despite doing PCT). I thought getting on cycle would help but its made it worse.... and I'm concerned as I'm not even 30.
Question - I was doing squats today and I actually saw my frame in the mirror and still feel I look rather skinny fat. What will change this? I am wondering if I actually should do a test + [something} + IGF bulk only (clean). I seem to be eating cleaner and cleaner foods with every diet, but the stomach fat doesn't shift and I am weak overall still (didn't train 1 month, literally went back to my beginner weights). My goal isn't even a 6 pack look anyway, just thick enough muscle all over and in shape and I'm happy.

What Ashop said.. I crashed my E2 years ago and let me tell you it was awful. Couldn't focus, zero drive to do anything, crazy ass anxiety. I stopped the dex and dropped my test to my normal trt dosage. I was back to normal within 2 weeks. Blood work had my E2 in the low teens. I'm usually in the 30's.

I don't think you should buy Dbol just because you don't know what the problem is yet. What I mean is you don't know if it's estrogen related, prolactin related or what it is. Therefore if i bought anything and I was you I would stay away from anything that might aromatized over into estrogen or cause high prolactin. The best bet for you would probably be superdrol because it puts on weight fast but it does not cause high estrogen or prolactin. With the injectable version i feel as though there is not as much side effects as the oral, but I don't feel as though you put as much weight on with the injectable version either. Which is weird but that's how I feel.

The problem is unclear and could take years to figure out. Even when my test was super low, I was waiting months for a diagnosis, and if I didn't start my cycle I think I would have just got worse and worse but the NHS don't care.
Therefore I am trying to figure this out on my own. I have had blood tests in the past, kidney/liver checks and scans also, everything seems normal.
I'm just not getting the gains I really should be on the cycles... either its bunk gear or something else is wrong, as its definitely not my diet or training.
Something must work... I have PM'd you also.
