Minimal gear amount advice
Hello Folks, I need ur input on the least gear that would work with on my self administered TRT , will be 40 next month ,73 kg, healthy , mostly do lot of resistance and endurance wrestling training , last cycle was year ago with gram a test ,600 eq/week, this time want to stay on low dose forever and add some extra here and there, have never been on real low dose always was on high doses but now want to try real low dose to avoid much sides , my plan is to be on
Test enthate - 150mg / week
Npp - 150mg / week for 16 weeks
Will see how I feel and can add Aromasin and prami only if needed, the goal is to have that extra kick to kick a@# , thanks in advance

Can I ask why you are using the short ester of NPP with test e? If I was you I would use deca instead of NPP. Personally I'm on a cruising dose of 250mg of test e a week to bridge cycles. I do know people that use a trt dose of 150mg. However as soon as you add in another compound besides test it becomes a cycle so I would consider raising doses even if it's slightly. Maybe 250mg/250mg. Some people will say that test:deca ratio should be 2:1 however I ran both compounds at same dosages with no issues. good luck.

Not to hijack the thread, but why would you do a cycle of 1g of test and 600mg of eq just for resistance/endurance wrestling training? That seems like super overkill.
I agree with the others that deca makes more sense than npp in this case, and 200mg is the typical usual dosage for TRT if that's what you're aiming for, but these dosages are definitely more in line with the kind of training you're doing.
