Face bloat

Hey guys hope everyone has been well.

Im sure many of us suffer from the same problem while on.

I notice i can get some good gains on test only cycles. Although i may be quite lean my face isn't!.

My face swells and u can just tell i am on cycle.

Does anyone have any good tips on ways to reduce this face swelling?

Outside of taking an Aromatase Inhibitor i do not have any advice that would help moon face . But i do know taking Nolvadex works wonders on moon face and all water related bloating

Some people use Hydrochlorothiazide to get rid of water. It's typically prescribed for blood pressure, but it also has its uses in reducing edema.

Both a water pill and a small amount of AI can be very beneficial for bloat.

solid choice for preventative measures, not such a great choice for already present issues.
