I sold a car on E-bay...so I thought. Anyway I play cat and mouse with this cocksucker for over 2 MONTHS...he claims he sent me funds..and sent tracking #'s...which proved he did..but somehow I never got them....TWICE!!! So HE emails me and picks a place to meet to get his car and my money and the motherfucker NO_SHOWS ON ME!! Not only did I waste half my day driving but I missed my kids football game!!

Anyway..all I know is his name is Brian....he lives in the Chicago area and he email is:

Yeah Press.....pick a place about 3 hours from your house-ONE way... to meet me. And lets say I am gonna give you a few thousand dollars when we meet/and you had to have some one else drive the car that you were "delivering"....and so you go..and i don't show? How mad would you be?
The biggest thing about it is that I am building a new garage and that money was going to pay for my re-financing of my house/new garage. Not that I am trying to spill my personal shit here..but this has thrown my financial plan into a temporary tailspin....so for that..I believe I am owed something from this prick!

Through ebay, if you've had a transaction with someone, you can get their info for follow up - I believe it includes full name, address, and phone number.

You should be able to reverse lookup his phone number on the web, and get info on him. Try going to google and just putting in his phone number and do a search.

Any emails you have from him should have his IP address (if he's AOL, probably won't help much) in the header.

thru ebay it is a contract and binding...talk 2 ebay ...take his ass to court
