good places for tunes

Over the last couple of years Ive really cut back on buying CD's and like most of you (read it in other threads) been downloading whatever I can. the prob is that most of the programs now suck. Kazaa is bogus, cant find any good tunes on Kazaa lite. Limewire used to be good, now it seems theres no one out there to share with. Ive had about a dozen of these shitty programs on my puter since napster went bust. And its not fun getting some of them off with all the spyware crap. So my question to yall is:
1: best program for P2P sharing
2: what songs/band you recommend

And BTW, STefke, chem evo, and others in europe, what do you guys use the most. Ive been trying to download some club music/trance, whatever for my sis. She teaches some fitness classes and needs some new tunes. I tried looking for DJ Tiesto and the others that stefke posted in the other thread but QTRAX Max (my latest P2P) cant find anything.

Well bro i just go and buy my CD's most the time, seems to save me alot of hassle with downloading crappy versions of songs and other bullshit.

Yah homeboy, but you also have your own plane too.
I know its a pain in the ass to do it but buy 30 cd's every six months or so and it adds up. Id rather spend the money elsewhere. Besides, you may not always want the other crap on the CD.

Well, audiogalaxy used to be great but now it's down. So it's kazaa for me as well. I do have lots of tracks from tiesto and lot's of live mixes as well. If you really want them, I could burn them on a cd and mail 'm.

WinMx, although the new version is nowhere near as good as the older version.

I have downloaded Blubster, but can't get it to see through my firewall or the open ports are off.

kazaalite is awesome. i listen to a wide variety of music and have never had any problems finding what i like.

I've been using blubster for ahwile now! I really like it alot.

I don't have any problems with Kazaa. I've downloaded over 1300-1400 of songs of my choice. I know a lot of people say they have 4 or 5000 that they get from there friends but 60%of them ar junk. My songs are all songs that I like and listen to.
