Well definitely don't start dieting the first couple a week after your cycle. I read a good article this week on this subject as a matter, but my pc crashed because of Kazaa and I can't seem te find it anymore. I'll look around.
You need to give your body a chance to stabilize the cortisol levels and start to recover you natural test. Usually after your clomid therapy you can start a light diet with moderate cardio. That's what I did after my last cycle and I didn't loose much if any muscle.
