Starbucks Doubleshot

Have any of you tried these as a preworkout drink? I used them a coupld times now since I am holding off on the ECA for a while.

It obviously doesn't give the same boost as an ECA but it is a nice sustained level thoruhgout the whole workout. I used them on empty stomach both times, I am pretty sure they would be ineffective with food in the system. Seems like a pretty good alternative for those taking a break from ECA or other more advanced thermogenic supp.

The carbonation kills my stomach and gives me abdominal cramps throughout my workout.

I'm starting to believe I'm caffeine intolerenat and I am havin serious withdrawel effects. Defenitely need some serious alternative as workout boost.

Yeah those double shots are great...I either drink one of those or a red bull before my workout!
