I just began my 4th wk of
500mg/eneth
400mg/eq
50mg/ reforvit ED

I started at 185lbs and shot up to 195 in the first two weeks strenght was up I was feeling good, but this week I dont feel as good. I have not gained any weight in a week and I felt like I lost strenght. Maybe it was just a bad day? I have been eating like a horse but very clean and protein intake is high enough

this my first cycle so i dont know what to expect any thoughts on my problems?
thanks

Sounds pretty normal to me when using dbol to kickstart.

You're not going to add 10 pounds every two weeks.

Definately the dbol. You'll feel much better when your test kicks in. Just dont expect to pack on so much weight in such a short time. Dbol does that but remember that most of that is water. Your gains may slow on the test but they will be much better quality.

SO YOU'RE HALF WAY THROUGH AND YOU'RE UP 15 LBS. 5 WEEKS TO GO YOU CAN STILL EXPECT TO GAIN 5-10 SOLID POUNDS. 25 LBS IS ALOT BRO. WHAT DOES YOUR DIET LOOK LIKE ANYWAY? HOW MANY CARBS AND PROTEIN PER DAY,PER MEAL.HOW OFTEN ARE YOU EATING?WHATS YOUR TRAINING LOOK LIKE? DON'T FORGET, YOU CAN STILL OVER TRAIN WHILE ON GEAR

well, my diet and training aren't the best but good
diet:
- meal 1= oatmeal or whole grain cereal with cup cottage cheese
- protein bar
- meal 2= two turkey burgers 1peice of chicken and brown rice or pasta
- protein shake/oats/PB/olive oil/glutamin
- work out
- protein shake/oats/PB/olive oil/glutamin/sugar
- meal 3= same as 2
- protein bar
- protein shake before bed
if I can I eat in between those meals too but the above is constant.

workout:
mon- chest flat bench, incline DB, dips, flys
tues- back+bi's rows, lawnmower pulls, pulldowns, chins,
wed- calves and abs, deads
thurs- shoulder- DB press, BB military, UR rows, shrugs, side raises
fri- squat, leg press, front squat, leg extension, hams
sat+sun- rest

I keep everything low reps(8-6-4-2) high weight except for smaller movments.
I get nine hours sleep every night and sometimes late afternoon naps.
Im not sure what the deal is, I just dont feel pumped in fact I feel sluggish alot of the time.
do you guys see problems in my diet or workout
thanks for any help

IN MY OPINION YOU MIGHT BE OVERTRAINED. FIVE STRAIGHT WORKOUTS BACK TO BACK WITHOUT REST IS JUST ASKING FOR TROUBLE.I USE TO BE THE SAME WAY AS YOU,LEAVE THE WEEKENDS TO RELAX.I THINKYOU SHOULD TRY TO PUT SOME REST DAYS IN BETWEEN YOUR WORKOUT DAYS.OR ALTERNATE IN SOME LIGHTER DAYS AS WELL.YOUR CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM IS PROBRABLY TAKING A GOOD BEATING WITH THAT SCHEDULE OF HEAVY LIFTING.MAKE SURE YOU GET MULTI-VITAMINS IN THERE AS WELL.

daddy is wrong with the test you could workout twice a day......keep up the hard work and increase food ......and buckle down and push your self just that little bit harder .......eat ,eat ,eat

DDDaddy is correct about your central nervice sys. make sure your vitamins are high.......sleep is key...you do most of your growing when your asleep
