Heres the ingredients: Prolab N-Large, glutamine and Eas Creatine. Here is what my ratios end up:Carbs (89), Protein (32) and Fat (3). Here is my question, is this too many carbs and is that enough protein? If it is too many Carbs, is there a Creatine out there without Carbs because the EAS has 34gr. of Carbs.

Post workout should be about 3:1 ratio so you're looking good. Depending on your stats you may even need more. I try to go like 130 carbs (most of it simple carbs) and about 40 protein.

I weigh 220, do you think i need more? I'm not sure how much more I can fit in my shaker bottle ;-)

I do:

16 oz of skim milk
8 oz of cranberry juice
1 scoop whey protein
1 scoop slim fast shake mix
10g creatine
10g glutamine

works out to about:
100g carbs
60g protein
10g glutamine
10g creatine

POST WORKOUT SHAKE LOOKS GOOD. LOOK AT EAS SIMPLY CREATINE. IT IS PURE CREATINE WITH NOTHING ELSE ADDED.THERE'S PLENTY OF OTHER CARBLESS CREATINES OUT THERE.CARBS+CREATINE ARE A 2ND GENERATION PRODUCT ORIGINALLY IT WAS JUST PURE CREATINE

Hey bro,

Post workout shake should be around .4 gms of protein per lb of body weight with an equal amount of dextrose and maltodexterin.

So, at 220

10 gms glutimine peptides
30 gms Hydrolyzed whey protein
40 gms Maltodexterin
40 gms Dextrose

throw some ala and bcaa's in there too if desired. Personally I have not found creatine helpful --
