I have a family history of liver cancer,,, so i have a question

What is the least toxic anabolic to the liver, and what type of supps or nutrition tips are available to help me maintain a good liver?

take ala and milk thistle for the liver, and completely stay away from oral steroids, most injectables are pretty mild on the liver

suma Is the best thing for liver detox .....and regeneration.....o and it fights cancer too!
