Ladies...

I was just curious about the doses you are taking. I am thinking about starting a cycle of clen. I have seen different ways of taking it. I read about the two weeks on two weeks off... but then I read that its more effective to take it two days on/off two weeks on, three weeks off. Any suggestions? Also on the weeks off, I read that you should take something like NYC STACK. One more thing, how many weeks do you stay on for?

I am 5'1 and about 115. I just gained about 8 pounds since May. I really want to get this weight off. Its making me very self conscious about myself. I started going to the gym about a month ago...still trying to get into a routine. I havent worked out in over 1 1/2 years. And in that time I lost about 23 lbs. I was only taking stacker2. But I dont really feel that working anymore so I stopped about a month ago. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Diets? Workouts? Fatburners?

Well nice to see you made it over from the jersey shores! Remember when always losing weight one should lose it slowly becuase the slower it comes off the longer it will stay off. Second you shouldn't be on an ECA or NYC for no longer then 2 months total because your receptors will downgrade making you porne to it. Third most importantly you should or should I say need to have your diet in check!

Hi jerseygirl02...

I have never taken clen, so I'm not exactly sure on how you would take it, or how long..I have only done anavar and T3..I lost the exact weight that I wanted to lose...and gained good muscle...I put up a post on the women's forum about exercise routines, it asks the other members what routines they usually do at the gym...if you want to check that out. About a month ago, I also did the no-carb diet..I lost 6 lbs, while on it...But any other questions or comments that you have let us know...we'd be hapy to help. Oh...and Welcome to MC...:)

A first time user should not exceed 40mcg the first day.

Example of a first cycle:

Day1: 20mcg
Day2: 40mcg
Day3: 60mcg
Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to normal gradually)
Day14: 60mcg
Day15: off
Day16: off
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Theres really no need to taper down off of clen. First time users really shouldnt go up to 100mg either. Thats a little much IMO.

The first time i took clen i couldnt go over 80mg and I have a high tolerance to caffiene.

But Do as BJ sugessted increase the tabs every day until u can not tolerate the sides (ie. shaking, headaches ect.)

BUT before u take the clen, if your diet is not strict and clean, Clen is not going to do much for you. So what does your diet and cardio routine look like?

I AM LOOKING FOR A GOOD DIET...I AM LOOKING TO LOSE ABOUT 10 LBS. I HAVE GAINED WAIT SINCE I RECENTLY STARTED MY OFFICE JOB. I JOINED THE GYM ABOUT ONE MONTH AGO AND I AM TRYING TO GET BACK ON A ROUTINE. THIS IS WHAT MY DIET AND WORKOUT CONSIST OF NOW...

DIET:

BREAKFAST: NONFAT YOGURT WITH STRAWBERRY SLICES OR A CUP OF OATMEAL OR A BOWL OF CEREAL

LUNCH: CHICKEN BREAST GRILLED WITH 5 EGG WHITES WITH HOT SAUCE... OR A SALAD (TOM/PEPPERS/ONION/CUCUMBER) WITH A CAN OF TUNA AND 2 EGG WHITES...JUST BALSAMIC VINEGAR
I WILL USUALLY HAVE A PIECE OF FRUIT ALSO.

DINNER: SALAD, AND SOME FORM OF MEAT...USUALLY CHICKEN, STEAK, OR PORK

AFTER GYM: MYOPLEX LITE SHAKE WITH WATER OR
MESO-TECH SHAKE

WORKOUT:

DAY1: UPPER BODY WEIGHT TRAINING -
CHEST/SHOULDER/TRI/BI

DAY 2: CARDIO WORKOUT

DAY 3: LOWER-BODY WEIGHT TRAINING AND ABS WORKOUT
QUADS/HAMS/CALVES/ABS

DAY 4: CARDIO WORKOUT

DAY 5: UPPER BODY WEIGHT TRAINING (SAMES AS DAY 1)

DAY 6: CARDIO WORKOUT

DAY 7: REST

I PERFORM 2 EXERCISES FOR EACH MUSCLE GROUP FOR UPPER AND LOWER BODY. I DO 5 SETS FOR EACH ONE... REPS: X12, X10, X8, X6, X12, X12...I ADD MORE WEIGHT AS I INCREASE THE WEIGHT. THEN REDUCE IT AND DO THE 12 REPS. I REST ONE MIN IN BETWEEN THE SETS AND TWO MIN IN BETWEEN THE EXERCISES.

I GOT THIS WORKOUT FROM THE BODY FOR LIFE WEBSITE. I GOTTEN A LOT OF BAD RESPONSES ABOUT IT SINCE I RECENTLY POSTED MY WORKOUT ON THE MESSAGE BOARDS. SO I AM LOOKING TO CHANGE IT. FOR ME, IT WAS A GOOD WAY TO GET BACK INTO A ROUTINE. IT WASNT AN EASY ONE EITHER...SO I ENJOYED IT. BUT IT TAKES TOO LONG. AND I THINK THAT IN ORDER TO LOSE THIS BF IN NEED TO DO CARDIO AFTER MY WORKOUTS...ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Hi jerseygirl02,

First thing I would like to say is your diet looks pretty good to me, that's sort of the same thing I was doing when I was on my diet..
Second...I put up a post on exercise routines on the women's forum..and my exercise routine is also sort of like yours, I only work out usually all 7 days..I do cardio every other Sunday..I put up already that I also did the no-carb diet for 2 weeks and lost 6lbs...Are you looking into changing your exercise routine, or your diet?

TO BE HONEST WITH YOU...I AM LOOKING TO CHANGE BOTH. I EAT MORE NOW THAN I HAVE IN THE PAST YEAR...WHICH IS WHY I DID GAIN SOME WEIGHT. THIS EATING 5 MEALS A DAY...I AM NOT SURE HOW GOOD THAT WILL WORK FOR ME. I DONT HAVE A FAST METABOLISM. AND EVENTHOUGH THIS PAST WEEK OR TWO I HAVE BEEN REALLY STICKING TO THE DIET THAT I POSTED...I FEEL LIKE I AM GAINING MORE WEIGHT. I NEED SOME QUICK RESULTS...JUST TO GET ME MOTIVATED. The point of eating 5 meals a day is to increase your metabolism. Constant feedings help the body stay out of starvation mode and constantly burning fat.

Doing more cardio isnt exactly the answer here. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn and the faster your metabolism will be.

When are u doing your cardio? 1 hr in the am is good and if u can fit in another 1/2 hr in at night would be good also.

How intense is your cardio? what type of cardio are you doing? all of these things will effect how u lose the weight.

I mainly ate foods with no carbs...

For breakfast I usually had 3-5 egg whites with a banana and a Protein shake

Lunch-I had a grilled chicken salad with a glass of water..

Dinner-I had either grilled chicken, or a grilled steak with steamed vegetables..and more water..

When I was on the diet, I mainly steered away from potaoes, pasta, rice, bread..anything with carbs..I did have a very small amount of carbs that I had each day..about 18 grams total..It was hard the first couple of days while I was on it..my body wasn't used to it..But I lost the weight that I wanted without losing any muscle..When I got off the diet...I didn't put that weight back on..I sort of stuck to eating foods that were on low carbs...
