Age: 25
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 258Lbs
Chest: 50"
Arms:20"
Neck:19"
Legs:28"
Calfs:20"
B/F: ~15%

I have now lost 50lbs total and I would like to get to 240 but who knows... Just gotta hit the bike harder and get my self a good ECA stack.. and some D&E Ultimate Orange Speedball never hurts... lol...
 
You've definitely got the size. I would make cutting a priority if I had those stats...I'd like to be at 7% BF with your stats and that's exactly where you'll be after getting down to 240-assuming you lose only fat.

Sounds good bro, I have been fighting with my self about bulking or cutting..
if I were to do some cutting what would you think of this.

wks 5-12 winny 100mg ED

this would be my first cycle..

wks 1-10 eq 450 mgs (150mgs x3 per week)
eca/liquid clen 2on 2 off
t-3 ramp up to 100mgs and back down
that shold get ya more on track been working great for me.
