Hello Ladies,
I need some help with a diet plan. I am 5'2 and weigh 124 lbs. I want to lose about 10 lbs and gain some muscle. I recently went off depo and already lost about 3 lbs with no effort. I go to a local womens gym that combines weight training and cardio. I am not looking for huge muscles, I just want to look fit.

Redflame, what is your diet like now? If you want to lose weight, You can try a low carb/mod-high protein diet.

try to get all of your good carbs in the first 3 meals (before say 3pm), keep protein and lots of veggies (broc,green beans, cauliflower) for your next 3 meals. Basically, some thing like this.

#1 4-5 eggs whites with peppers, onions (if you like)
1/2 cup oats (mid 20's or so)

#2 4-6 oz chicken, tuna, turkey
small sweet potato (say 5-6 oz cooked) (40 or so)

#3 4-6 oz chicken, tuna, turkey
3/4 cup cooked brown rice ( around 30 carbs)

#4 protein drink with out carbs
#5 4-6oz chicken, tuna, turkey or lean meat
Large salad with cucumbers
walden farms sugar/fat free dressing.
Veggies ( try for 2 -3 servings
#6 Protein drink

that is just a sample diet you could try

I think hardbdygrl's idea is a good plan to start with..I did the no-carb diet for 2 weeks, I lost 6 lbs..but gained muscle..Were you thinking of just doing a diet that you want to lose weight..or were you thinking of doing a cycle also?
