Where everything was going good then everything seems to fall apart and change maybe for the worst? Well, if I have every had one today is that day. I just want to take some xanax and sleep and I don't even feel like eating today too. Anyways wish me luck bros!

good luck latinsteel. i feel you bro. i have had a pretty terrible day myself, but i went to the gym and blew off a lot of steam and that sure seemed to help me get past the aggravation i had built up inside.

Well thank you two guys! I think i need some time away from everything right at this moment in mylife so I can refocus..... with all that being said if you don't see me posting on here for awhile it's only temporary until then. Well it's been the best and I wish everyone the best here, good day!

lol, usually my bad days start REAL early....like I bust my toe on my weight bench 2 seconds after waking up ....then hobble to the kitchen only to have my protein shake explode all over the place....makes ya just wanna say "fuck it...I will try again tomorrow" and go back to sleep.

Yeah I know those days. I'm havin one today actually. Everthing was going great... and then all of a sudden it all fals apart for no good reason at all.

But I don't want to think about it, since there is nothing I can do about it and so I'm just like you going to take a sleeping pill and go right to bed and we'll see what tommorow brings.
