I'm just wondering if this ever happens to any other lady who works out at the gym.. "I'm working out, with my headphones on, listening to my music, and a guy walks up to me and asks me if I need help with something. I mean, I wouldn't mind if I looked confused about something, or if I was having a hard time. I'm not saying I wouldn't appreciate the help, cause I would if I needed it, but it happens to me a lot. I'm not bashing all men though...;). But, when I'm working out, I just want to concentrate on that...Just wondering if you ladies ever has this happen to you, and how you feel about it..

Sure sure,..... just bash the guy for noticing your obvious good looks,.. ;)and being 2 damm dum, to go about it better! ;)

he came out with the coolest pick up line that he had for you and you shot him down cold.. LOL.. one thing that i have found out in my years of training.. if someone is wearing headphones they are just there to workout.. and NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER give a girl or anyone advise on what there are doing.. hell i sat there with two other guys at the gym laugh our ass on at this guy on the Pec deck trying to do some type of inner leg workout.. LOL

I never approach a woman if she has on headphones while working out!! Now if she takes them off then I come runnin... :)

I can kind of relate to your current experiences but in a different light. I seem to be approached too by women asking if I may help spot them or they even try to make long conversations to the point where it takes me off my game.....people when will they realize the gym is not made to damn socialize or pick up on someone!

I will never help a girl out anymore. A year back or so I walked up to one who was really doing her exercise totally wrong. Now usually I never mind others peoples businnes, but I was really afraid she would hurt herself by doing the ex that way.

So I walked up to her and told her very gently and politely what was wrong. The reply I got was 'mind you own f*ckin' business know-it-all'. I'll never help out a girl ever again.

And over here they could really use some help. Most gyms here aren't called gyms anymore but a fitness centre. They are all more or less trendy places to socialize and most people train for years and still don't achieve a damn thing. 70 % of the men and more than 90 % procent of the women don't have the slightest clue as to what they are doing.
