Hardly a Newbie
Ok im on an all protein diet, and so far almost two days done.

Should i eat any carbs before i work out, mornings are killing me, so tired. Im just trying to lose 7 lbs.
 
When my goals are fat loss, I definitely don't eat before I work out - I want to totally glycogen deplete my muscles (harder to do if you just pumped them full by eating) so that I can start using fat as fuel. Have you tried an ECA or NYC stack for energy before your workout?
 
you can eat a few carbs but definitely none before you workout and definitely none before bed.
 
No i havent tryed anything. Im just trying to lose 7 pounds. I have no prob eating just protein, will i lose a lil money
 
80-100g's of carbs post workout, maybe alittle more depending on your size. If you hitting around 400g's protein then with alittle morning cardio you'll lose that 7lbs easy.
 
sounds like your first time dieting down, be careful bro, it's real easy to lose muscle while on all protein with no carbs.if all your trying to do is lose 7lbs i think it would be easier to do morning cardio on an empty stomach and add an eca stack as well. and cut all carbs after 6 pm. make sure to get some oatmeal and other quality carbs in there during the day.THIS SHOULD WORK FINE, STAY AWAY FROM SIMPLE CARBS EXCEPT POST WORKOUT.
