Need some help ladies..

Usually when I get really stressed out, or worried about something, (which hardly ever happens) I get really bad pains on my sides, like where my ovaries are, and also really bad headaches..wondering if you ladies ever get anything like this?? I usually just take advil for it..

hmmm thats kinda like the pains that i get under my arms
are your pains long and consistent or are they shooting, fast and go on for lets say a minute or two?

sounds like stress related.. but if it goes passed that do yourself a favor and help get rid of the stress and see a doc.. which you may just want to go see one anyway..

They're usually long and consistent, and they hurt a whole lot..and I have gone to the doctor before to get it checked out, and they told me it was related to stress...which really sucks..I'm trying to get it all figured out with a really good doctor, to see if I can get it taken care of...Hopefully really soon, It will be better..

Just out of curosity, do you have problems with digesting fatty foods at all baby?
You may have the beginning of an ulcer..

I used to get stress related headaches, but I started doing controlled breathing {meditating} at least 3 times during the day for 10 minutes at a pop...
..and I don't get stressed when I'm at work anymore.

No...I've had problems like this before..I went to the doctor, and I have problems with my ovaries, that whenever I get stressed out, or my menstrual cycle, I get recurring small cysts on my ovaries...They go away, but they are very painful when I have them..I thought it was an ulcer also, but the doctor had told me it wasn't that..So hopefully I will be able to have it taken care of really soon...
