Test levels checked

Homefry at the gym (he is 30yrs old) had his test levels checked last week and got the results back. He was at like 252 or some shit and normal is around 300 and up into 500 or more. Anywho the doctor prescribed him "Androgel" that he is supposed to apply to the skin. Doctor asked him if he did/does steroids and he said no, I truly don't know if he ever has or not as I don't really trust too many people to talk about AS openly. Thought maybe some of you might find this interesting. I was going to be jealous as hell if he got a script for Test! Why not though, transexuals get scripts for it!

I know a guy in the gym who said he feels all around better from being on androgel, apparently it must be good!

I'm not a big fan of the gel. I prefer injects. They only try to prescribe you the gel now because of the drug companies, etc. When I was 30 and diagnosed with low test, there wasn't any gel so injects were covered. Doctors also shy away from prescribing anything you have to inject nowadays so they push the gel now that it's available, plus insurance companies now won't cover injectables or cover it under medical instead of pharmacy benefits which makes it cost more. Stinking insurance companies!
