I think this product is legit....either bulking or cutting, its the shit....anyone else have any good gains with it??

random question, anyone else like to use dumbells, or flat for bench??
 
ala?? That is alpha lipoic acid right...gains??? what the hell are you talking bout...I dont do flat bench it incorporates too much tri and shoulder. I do incline and decline and flies for chest
 
Anyone else feel a kinda buzz/energy boost right after they take ALA? I do. ALA rules, btw, especially the 500mg's from anabolical.com.

As for chest development, I prefer dumbbells because I think they force me to grow more, and I can go a lot deeper (fuller range of motion), but I'm more worried about size than strength. I think it helps my outer and inner pecs (but especially outer) grow more.
 
I like ala I alway use it every day but I have never used mor than 300mg in a day but I like it so far
 
Man, I try and do 500mg with every meal that contains carbs.
 
1st of all, flat bench is awesoem for mass, i do like incline....but decline flat bench or d.bs don;t do shit bro...arnold never did them, no pros really do them...

ALA is the sh*t....

i love flat bench for size, that is the only thing that makes my chest grow, the only problem is evertime i get into the high 300-low 400 range i end up pulling my pec muscle, and take a step backwards. as far as ala, just rec. mine and i was advised at 210 to take 600mg after wo with shit load of carbs and protein.
