A friend of mine wants to try and get back into shape....but it totally oblivious to the concept! Could you help come up with a good beginners "ladies" workout?
Her stats are 5'2 140lbs! She wants to lose 10+ of possible!
I'm also considering throwing her on clen and see how she reacts to it to try and help her out a bit!
Any info would be appreciated, Thx! :D

Hi bj,

A friend of mine did the same thing, she wants to lose 15 lbs..she's 5'3 135 lbs. She is currently doing the no-carb diet. She works out 5 days/week..She is also currently taking only Stacker 2, and I tried to recommend she use "something else"..she said she wants to try it that way first, then she may try some anavar..I told her either clen or anavar would be good for her, cause she has never done anything..I have never done clen, only anavar and T3.

Yeah, my friend had a prob with xenadrine...unsure if she just took to much or what but she had to go to the hospital b/c of it, it speed her up too much!
But I think that clen wouldn't be that bad on her though!

Does she go to a gym?
If not, she would only hafta start a basic strength training routine to drop 10lbs.
And keep an eye on her caloric intake..
