Hi ladies,

I'm looking to add 1 or 2 more ham and calf exercises to my routine. Currently I only have hamstring curls, and only calf raises (standing or sitting). Can I get an idea of what you girls do for these?
 
A good Hamstring exercise is stiff legged deadlifts and leg presses with a high foot position on the platform. Calves do your calf raises with a standing machine and superset 4 sets back to back no rest starting with your highest weight do 10 reps then move to the next lower weight for 10 reps till you finish 4 sets without rest. Take a rest after the 4 th set and do this 3 times. Then move on to do calves on a leg press machine or calf presses.

I have to agree with ZZZOOM, I love stiff legged deadlifts, I do them every time I work my hams. I get sore as hell but they work well.
