Helping out a friend ???

OK guys need some info i have a friend that is 5-10 140lbs.He has tried everything to put on weight.So i told him i would try to help out.What would be the best thing for him to take at his age to put on weight and get a little stronger.He plays baseball for his school so maybe something that will leave his system fast.I was thinking winn or anvar tabs so what you guys think
 
I would recomend a 12 month cycle of food with 4 protien shakes ed front load with pizza and spaghetti then post cycle go with a tuna and chicken breast treatment and if you want throw in some pot pies right at then end to keep most of his gains what do you guys think pretty solid cycle there !

by the way you did not say how old he was or how long he has been training hell you really didn't say much at all
 
LMAO!! come guys believe me he eats but yes anyone can gain weight but the right weight like muscle is harder
