Question for the older bodybuilders?

Whats up! I am new to this board. Does any one know of a supplement or product that elevates Growth Hormone. The reason I am asking is i will be turning 41 next month and thought I needed a little boost, since GH levels drop after the age of 30. I have been bodybuilding for several years, succesfully, drug free, but would resort to taking real growth hormone. Testosterone wise I am fine , doubling the dosage of 1-Test by VPXsports. Any responce would be appreciated! Thanks All! 1-Test

Sorry, I have no experience with HGH due to the high cost. I believe I get more bang for the buck with testosterone injections, otherwise I would like to go on HGH.

I don't have any personal experince with GH but I can tell you Test does work pretty well on us older guys. Nothing wrong with pressers suggestion though. It's affordable if it works for you.

Glutamine taken at bedtime on an empty stomach will release GH.
