I'll range anywhere from probably 10 to 30 breasts a week. I buy the boneless skinless kind at the local wholesale club, $1.99/lb, and always scan the bargain meat bins as well. A couple of months ago we bought over 40 lbs of chicken when it was $.99/lb.
I would have to say about two to four a day so that runs it up to somewhere between 600 to a 1000. It is just too hard to keep track.
There is a little country store down the street from where I live and whenever they have the marinated boneless skinless breasts on sale I snag about fifty pounds. The girls behind the butchers case about shit themselves when I get fifty pounds of chicken and say it is only going to last a couple weeks. lol
WE are all freaks...I put a serious dent in the chicken population too....I eat 3-4 breat a day so that is approx 25 a week times 52 weeks...damn 1300 chicken breast a year...holy shit...I am sprouting dam feathers!!!
