Please look over my next cycle and tell me what you think. The goal is to drop bf and give definition to the lean muscle mass I currently have. This will be my first real cycle, I started one a few months ago but had to quit early and gains were minimal. My current stats are 5’8” 175lbs unknown bf %. I already have some cuts and vascularity but also a little extra fat that is keeping me from being shredded. I want to be super cut even if I have to give up some size.

I changed my cycle around a little bit due to some members advice..........I reposted it in this same thread.

Some thoughts on this:

I'd drop the winny entirely and run EQ weeks 1-8 instead. If you don't drop it at least cut it to 6 weeks. Hard on liver,hard on lipids.

I'd increase the protein to 350g/D. With ther calorie and carb restriction you are planning you'll need 2g/lb body weight/d of protein to add lean muscle while cutting fat. (1.5g/lb/day for bulking with higher carbs)

You may not need Nolva or Bromo. I'd just start with the arimidex and add the others if needed.
 
NYC stack weeks 1-11 (I have been on ephedra for to long and need something new, also I have read it’s compatible with bromo and ephedra and clen isnt)
Wondering were you heard this? Always heard that the NYC stack was just as counterproductive to bromo (with dieting in mind).

I also wouldn't take 50 complex carbs in the morning. This will raise your natural insulin levels and although it won't spike them to the moon it will be enough to keep you from burning stored fat for a few hours. Also post-workout I would switch to simple carbs, spike your insulin and then let it come crashing back down quickly. This is when your body needs it.

Next your math is wrong. 200g protein=800 calories, 100g carbs = 400 calories, 15g of fat = 135 calories or a total of 1335 not 1800! Also with so little fat in your diet you are bound to lose muscle IMO. Try a little olive oil, you'll eventually get used to the taste.

Finally I agree with DecaDent about the winny being too long. If you really want to find out how fattening test is drop it after week 6 and start the winny in week 7. You can also drop the anti-e's at that time (which I like because I think that the conversion of test to estrogen is a major hinderance while dieting). The suggestion of eq is good also.
 
I agree with all. Only thing that I can add is run alaat 3-4.5g's aday that will also help with the carbs. Try rotating nyc and clen(I love the liquid) 2 weeks on 2 weeks off through out. Only other thing you could do is t-3 but with such a restrictive diet it way be just too much for you.
 
I changed a few things around, I decided not to do the bromo and throw in clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with NYC on the off weeks. I also lowered the prop dose to 75mg ed and changed my diet around a little bit. So here she is all said and done........

NYC stack -am, noon, pm- weeks 1-11
NOLV 10mg ed -am- weeks 1-13
ARIM .5mg ed -am- weeks 1-13
Fina 75mg ed -am- weeks 1-10
prop 75mg ed -am- weeks 1-10
winny 50mg ed -am, pm- weeks 1-10
CLOMID -am- weeks 11-13 (300, 100, 100, 100, 50 x 17 days)

4 servings GLUTAMINE ENRICHED WHEY PROTEIN ED

2 MULTI VITAMIN ED

-30mins cardio 5-6 days per week switching daily between elliptical gliders, bikes, and outdoor running
I know it’s best to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach but most of my cardio will be post lifting

-6 days a week lifting usually one major and one small muscle group per day, usually 1hr 30min spent lifting

EVerything looks good but I find the Nolva overkill if you are already doing the Arimidex. Play the cardio by ear. You might drop too much muscle too fast.
