there is this guy at my local gym and he competes..nothing major but he is shredded....even more then me ...if u can believe that!! anyways....he is doin a 3 workouts a week....total body everyday...but the catch is that for example he might do shoulders really heavy on monday and chest lite that day 2...then wednesday he does shoulders lite and chest heavy....remember it is only an example...he does his total body...what do u guys think about this??i can agree with it some ways...but other things i do not....any input??
