the sled weigh on a leg press machine? i know this is a newbie ? but i never really counted anything but the plates

all are different... older one at the gym i workout at now is like 40lbs. pretty light weight.. but in highschool we had one that was like 70.. but it was a monster

well i press 10 plates per side so thats 20 plate @ 45lb a plate = 900lbs right??? that damn near fills the fucker---so how the hell are some guys saying they press 1600lbs and shit?

there are machines that u can put alsmost 40 plates on, it has two rows on each side............... powerhouse that i go to sometimes, has it....

Well my gym has 100lb plates.Also I dont worry about howmuch the machine part weighs.Who cares how much someone can legpress. Now if you talk about sqating pounds..... Thats a different story. Big diference with a 900lb legpress and 900lb squat.

exactly----i can squat---cleanly and correctly i might add----425lbs---i am not saying thats a ton of weight but 6 reps of it does me in

my leg press machine in my gym has 2 rows on each side nad 2 rows on top, so i could see 1600lbs

Yea, the ones at my gym have 1 row on each side and one on top...so 3 total. Haven't seen a bro fill all 3 up yet.
