Here a few things that i have learned from my experience. to prevent acne.

take 40mgaccutane only for the first 7days of cycle

take 4-5grams of vitamin b5 (pantothenic acid)

drink 1-2gallons of water.

take 400ius of Vit E dont take more cuz it will contribute to acne.

make sure u get a shit load of anti oxidants in your body to kill the free radicals. ALA is the best anti oxidant that i know.

take a shower b4 sleeping. change your sheets often.

i'm not a fan of accutane, but to each his own. Also, b5 didn't help me at all, it just added another 10 pills i had to take each day. And i don't think acne is attributed to free radicals.

When i'm on cycle, i do this:
1 mg/day liquidex/femera etc
shower in the AM and scrub with moisturizer.
Shower postworkout and scrub with salicylic acid.
16000 iu of Vitamin A
2-3 gallons of water a day

and most importantly...... SWIM

the chlorine will do wonders to your skin, as it will dry it out and pretty much prevent all acne.

cj i am sorry to hear that b5 didnt work on, it worked great on me and many of my friends even my sisters. oh i forgot to mention ldex helps. thanx for the addition.

accutane works wonders but more then 40mg is kinda tripy.

oh yeah about the free radical thing i havent came across studies yet but i was at the hospital the other with my grandma. and i was talking to the doctor about how to prevent acne. and he said that excessive amounts of free radicals contributes to oily skin thus welcoming acne. i dont know what kind of excessive amounts he was talking about but i thought i let u guys know anywayz

i've heard of people saying ALA helps with acne, but it seemed that it only helped very few people.

i take it all the time anyways, just for my liver, so maybe it does help.

I did some research on ketotifin the other day and found that it helps dry up some acne. I get a few every now and then. I started my clomid post cycle and heard it could cause bad acne. I also started 1/4 tab superclen at night at the same time for the anticatobolic properties. My natural test is coming back fine and have even less acne than before so it must work.

Don't forget Tanning helps with the skin too. I also use a drug called Tetracycline. It's cheap and works extremely well.

I had some Tetracycline when i was a teenager and quit taking it becasue it affects your testosteron levels. Dont know if it will when you are ON but could be bad if you are post cycle and using clomid

b5 is awesome! I am prone and have had NO acne troubles in 12.5 weeks of my first cycle. I have used ala, liquidex, and b5 at 1.5 grams per day. It sure as hell works for me!
