I've been dieting for two months now and got myself down from 285 to 250. Let me tell you that i hate it. Im used to routinely walking in the gym and loading 725 on the bar and squatting it ass to ankles for a few reps. Now i feel a bit on the weak side. I haven't done any super heavy squats or deads for about a year now anyway. nowadays i throw on 500 and rep it out. better for my body i think. anyway i want to save my strength a bit. my diet is pretty clean, protein is up, and fat down, carbs moderate.
Im now running some winnie to try to hold some strength, 50mg/ed, think this is smart at this point? im trying to get down about 15-20 more pounds. should i have waited longer to hit the gear?
I want to get down to this weight before i experiment with the tren as i am a virgin in that arena. probably going to hit that after the new year.
