A. Better upper body density and hardness. A better chest. Quads are on the smaller side but cut nicely. b's upper body looks to thin, lacking depth IMO.

Well...

I was there. These pics do not do these guys justice. I think "B" Definatly beat that "A" Guy. They looked better in person. That one guy in the heavyweights I think you are refering too could have and should have beaten both of these guys.
