Took a delt shot today

Man did it hurt, its still sore. I used a 25g by 1" needle. And it made my whole shoulder sore, think im gonna stay away from that site.

i personally love delt shots ...always painless for me and never a problem ...i hate quads

well

...i tried delts for the first time last cycle, and it was only sore for a day...i used 22 1.5 too, so...i like the ole glutes and quads better, but when darting ed, you kind of have to involve another bp...

I hate delt shots.. I'll never do them again... It's strange.. I can't function one a 1ml shot to the delts, but can handle a 3 ml shot to the bicep... LOL

Popped the cherry on both delts yesterday, 2cc prop in one and 1cc TE and 1cc EQ in the other, a little sore this morning, but not bad, still gonna punish them this afternoon with a good workout.

shit bass, 3ml to the bicep? I put 2 in one of mine the other day and have a nasty looking bruise.
