Well i am 225 now, hope to gain another 25, then cut down to 200-215 or so......., light heavy, or heavy, i need to bring up my arms more , and more thickness in legs, i am 6'0 so its not easy

Some amazing shit..............

Yesterday i went on a scale and was like wtf......... i ate a whole lot yesterday................ but damn i was at 232......... last week, like 4 days ago 225...... ... i know its water and fat weight, but i am getting more muscle density, i will worry about shaping and cutting in mid january......... Just to let u bro's know............
It's all about the calorie intake...
