HELLO LADIES...OK BETTER LATER THAN NEVER AGAIN!!!

I AM FINALLY STARTED THE GYM AGAIN TODAY...AFTER HAVE SURGERY BACK IN OCTOBER...

I JUST RECEIVED NYC STACK...AND STARTED TAKING IT TODAY. I AM FOLLOWING A DIET THAT I WAS GIVEN BACK IN OCTOBER. ANYWAY, I TOOK ONE PILL AN HOUR BEFORE MY BREAKFAST...AND I WILL DO THE SAME FOR LUNCH. MY QUESTIONS IS...

WITH THE WAY MY WORK SCHEDULE IS, I DONT GET HOME UNTIL ABOUT 6. I CAN MAKE IT TO THE GYM BY 6:30...AND I WILL TAKE THE NYC STACK 1/2 BEFORE I GO (I DONT WANT TO TAKE THEM THAT LATE AT NIGHT)...IF I AM HOME FROM THE GYN BY 8:30-9:00,

HOW BAD IS IT TO EAT DINNER THEN? SHOULD I TAKE THE NYC AT 5 WHEN I LEAVE WORK, EAT AROUND 6-630...THEN WAIT TO GO TO THE GYM AT 730-800?

MOST OF MY WORKOUT IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS WILL BE HARDCORE CARDIO AND SOME WEIGHT TRAINING...I WANT TO LOSE BODYFAT..AND TIGHTEN UP THIS ASS OF MINE...LOL
