? about winny

A few days ago my buddy did some tree work for a guy that has race horses,anyways he told me him and this guy made a deal on some v.This guy said he has quarts of winny @ 300mgs/ml.Do u guys think there is any truth to this?Is there different winny for rase horses?Also have u guys ever heard of it to be that high in mgs?Well if it is true ssssswwwwwweeeeeeetttttttttttt.

fellas i was raised in KY the home of horse racing and i have never heard of such o thing. not saying it isnt true just must be new or kept a big secret for years
