?? about AS & natural test

Ok i got my blood work back today everything was perfect.The only thing is my test levels where high like 985 anything over 850 is high.I have been off EQ & TEST cycle for 2 1/2 mths and off the clomid for 4 wks why is my test still high.The last time i had mine checked while off for over a year it was high.Is that why my balls have went back down after the clomid because the high test.THANKS GANG
