there have been lots of post lately on all the boards about guys not gaining anything----please take a careful look at your diet before you post that your gear is fake, "i'm a hard gainer", should i add more gear, etc...

i even posted something about my gains stalling until i looked at my diet again and added more calories and the weight started rising again

3-5K calories is a lot of food, and thats what most cycles take---so look at labels, eat for your goals----if you want to add 20-30 lbs then you better eat like your 20lbs heavier then you are now---with that said i am going to make a shake!
 
i also think people could gain more naturally if they ate enough, its so easy to just think youve hit a plateu but it may be your not eating enough
 
Some guys just refuse to believe that eating,training and recovery have more to do with gains in LBM than amounts and type of gear they use-it all comes down to discipline
