My last cycle is over basically start clomid in 2 weeks.
625 QV test-e ended up pushing 750 though1-9
400 QV EQ1-9
37 D-bol 1-5
I ran out of EQ in week 9 and was tired of hurting from the QV so I ended it.
I gained 1/2" on my arms now 17 1/4"
Quads came around well
Traps noticably larger
Back and chest improved def but little size inc.
I gained about 20 lbs give or take have not checked bf% but by the mirror it went down.
All the weight came on in the first 5 weeks, afterward I just stalled- why?
1- I did not eat right. I started out eating 4 schwartz lab shakes a day worked great 48 protien 12 carb. This was good while I was 208 lbs after I put on 20lbs of muscle I did not adjust my eating habits to account for the extra mass.
2-Life got in the way. A unexpected funeral subsequent missed workouts and lack of intensity plus a couple of sicknesses.
3-Mental Fatigue after a while 7 weeks or so it was hard to get myself "UP" when going to the gym this made my workouts lethargic and non productive.
Watch my pitfalls and maybe your cycle will be better.
