taking liquidex

just wanted to share the way i came up with to take liquidex. I measured 1/2cc in syringe then put it in a gelcap. it almost filled it up. then i put my liquidex in small squirt bottle. and i can fill my capsules up and take them. lot faster than drawing it out everytime.

I just fill an entire syringe and squirt the amount of drops I need into my mouth.

I like putting it into the syringe to much effort to put it into gelcaps

I put it in gelcaps, .5ml fits in one gel cap

i think it is alot faster and easier for me to squirt out a capsule full than draw it out everytime
