lower back pain

every since the begging of my cycle i've been having some shitty ass leg workouts. it's because my lower back gets so freakin tight that i can barely move. it doesn't matter what i start with...leg presses, hack squat, squats...etc... my back get tighter than shit and i usually only end up doing about two or three different exercises. do any of you guys have this problem...or am i just a big girl??? :confused:
 
Stretch out , My lower back is a fuggin mess. The only thing that helps is to get in a real good stretch before I workout and then before go to sleep. Also a little cardio before you start your leg workouts just to get blood flowing works well also.
 
i do something similar to what choke does. I do 5 or 6 min on the stationary bike. Then i might put like 300 lbs on the leg press do like a very deep kinda streaching set of 8-10 reps. Then I go over to the squat rack and do like 5reps with like 135. Then ease into your working sets for the squat. If it still is bad after a few sets I roll over to the leg extensions and leg curls, And hope next week wont be as bad. Also make sure you are drinking enough water.
 
i do abbs 3 days a week.I think i need to drop a few lbs. I had a good leg work out thursday. No back cramps at all.
 
Try stretching your hams before and after every workout really well. You might just have some tight hams pulling down and putting pressure on your back. Weak abs can do that too. If UR doing dbol, you might need to take in more water.
 
I had the same problem while taking D-Bol, I had to stop the free weight squats and move to the smith machine instead....somedays it worked, somedays it didn't. On those days when nothing seemed to alleviate the pain I just layed down on a flat bench in between sets - at least it made me able to complete the workout

i had bad lower back pain for a long time and then i started to control my intra-abdominals alot and it helped big time. it's like you try to suck your belly-button towards your spine and always stand/sit tall. there heaps on the net about it.

Dont mess around with the lumbar spine,its no joke. You wont to lay around for months and let your body get fat while you get depressed. thats what will happen. Do abs every other day. stay away from seated leg press and do squats on smith machine. where quality belts. I had lumbar fusion in 11/2000, it was hell, but I made it, good luck bro

I feel you on that, fina gives me such good pumps, that walking around and picking stuff up, gives me a pump.

DAmn I want arms like hers...now back to the real question I do what presser sayd hit real squats last after leg presses and hacks so I dont have to put God awful amounts of weights on the bars. Also Dbol is a big pain in the back it really screws up your leg workouts

hell ya, walkin to class i got the worst damn pumps in my shins, like shin splints but worse. . .
 
That chic is fking huge. Not my cup of tea.

About the back pain. I had the same problem, just simple stretches b4 working out help a lot. I do think doing abs will help the back.

Working ads most def helps my back. Also, specific strecting exercises for the back. (I was taught these by a chiroprator.)
