ala need info

Why are so mant using ala all the time! i know of its anit oxident properties but are there other!

People use it for liver health, to get/stay in ketosis, for it's insulin mimicing properties...

Currently there is a doctor curing hepatitis C patients with ALA. ALA works very well at repairing the liver .... it's been used in Europe for many years to treat liver aliments. For most ... this is why they use ALA.

ALA is unlike other antioxidants... it's both fat and water soluable. It can travel to all area's of the body.

As an added benefit, it does aid in keto diets through it's glucose disposal abilities.

But mainly the liver protection properties is why I will never cycle without it. But I have also used it to loose weight and it helped with that too.
