heals??? or just temporarily lubes up the joint while on!

Try a musclechemistry search using:

deca And joints

I have also read it is temporary. Others have said to use it along with a good physical therapy program so you can correct the problem...if possible. Not all joint problems can be healed even with surgery. :(

glucosamine works! after taking it for 2 years straight, it totaly wiped out the reoccuring pain in my knee. you do have to take it for awhile to reap the benefits.

msm u can get it at gnc/ other health stores. 4000mg a day. stay aways from cortisone shot.u can only get 2 in your life.save it for when you need it.

What? Two in your life? I have had at least ten in my life so far. I had five or six in my shoulder alone.

You can also get Glucosamine at your local Wal-Mart for a much cheaper price than @ GNC, it has worked just as well for me.....

glucosamine, chondriton and msm will help or may some knox gelatin have heard good things about all of these and had good results from them too

what kind of dose of glucosamine would you need to take? And you have to take it for a long period of time?

One guy said he was on it for 2 years, but joint pain is gone, sounds good to me.

chondriton & glucosamine have helped relieve my joint pains alot. It is not overnight cure, takes awhile before you notice results.

10 shots of cortisone?hhmmmm. i've been to two docs.one of them a sports doc.they both told me the same thing.something to do with calcium build up,which is very painful, and would require surgery.
the shot i did recieve left permanent visible discoloration at the injection point, which people have commented on in the past.
might want to do some more research on the whole subject, just to be sure.let me know what u find.
