A little philosophy by Stefke…

I was just pondering about this. Turned out today some my gear is fake. AGAIN!

I’ve been searching through a lot of sites today, and I kinda came to the conclusion that the vast majority of amps you will encounter I your life, will most probably be fake. Fakes outnumber originals by far!

It really makes me wonder about what we are doing. You know, I’ve never used any drugs in my life. Not even smoked a joint. I don’t even drink, not one drop. You know what my main concern always was with drugs? Well I’m scared to put something into my body of which I don’t really know what it is. Lots of people have died from drugs here in Belgium in 2002. Mainly not because of OD’s, but because of swallowing something they didn’t order, if you know what I mean.

So my main excuse for using gear always was that is was a medicine, a pharmaceutical product misused by us to grow muscle beyond our natural capabilities. They are developed to treat people, they have been vastly researched, they come with an inlet which explains side effects and shit, they are known by doctors who know (or better put: should know) how to deal with ‘m. And so on and so on.

But what if your ‘medicine’ isn’t medicine at all? Than what? It doesn’t always have to be your suppliers fault. You would be amazed how many sell you fakes, without knowing it themselves. I even bought gear at a pharmacy last year which turned out to be fake. So no matter where you get ‘m, it’s never a guarantee.

It really scares me, you know. Cuz if they ain’t real, than what are they? I don’t have to tell you bro’s what serious sides you could be getting!

So how the hell will you ever know what you are injecting into your butt? You don’t really! Search on the web? Hah, that’s a joke!!! Several BIG and well trusted boards make mistakes, calling things fake when they are not and visa versa. Hell I even made mistakes myself! Comparing pics isn’t real easy also. Sometimes you compare what you got with a (valid) pic you found somewhere. But you are gonna be blown away if you would know how many fakes look EXACTLY like real ones!

Only way to ever know for sure is to lab test ‘m. And who has access to that so easily? Most don’t And what if you had easy access to lab tests? You can only do that after you ordered. So if you’re tests come back negative, than you know you have fakes, but you’re still screwed for your bucks.

It’s sucks BIG TIME!

And with this, my friends, my cycle has started today. Not knowing what is flowing true my veins. I’m off to bed know (it’s 11 pm here). Will I grow tonight?

Bro I am with you.... You really dont know exactly what your injecting or taking... Its a scary thought but sometimes you just have to take that chance cause you just cant go out and buy it anytime you want.. We all take chances and have to build as much trust in our source as possible.. Im sorry to hear you may have some fake gear, It happens to the best of us.... I mean all we are asking for is to improve our genetic potential....

Soon everyone will just be making there own, then you'll have to worry about getting pure powders that haven't been cut, or even legit powders.

Not very fun stuff to read but true. Be careful man. I hope your shit is real and everything is ok, but I got burned just last season as you remember since you were the one who told me that my jayass primo was fake.
Real pisser since its wasnt the only stuff I had from him.
So I know how you feel. I wonder what that crap was I was using because it wasnt sust. Kinda scary

you know, we are all in this together and its sad there are people out there making fakes... and ripping us off Hell for all we know these people may be our friends that are fuckin us and it just pisses me off

I hate that aspect of bodybuilding. There is a lot of sleazy people out there, and the shitty part is that we can't do anythng about it. If somebody sells you a bad car, tv, or whatever, you can take them to court, but you can't exactly take a dealer to court. I guess you should just hope for the best, stefke.

I agree Stefke.
No one wants to hear it, but fakes are abundant, and even good sources sell them without knowing it.
Someone needs to start an AAS lab service, who has the capital? Not I, that's for sure, LOL.

Yes some parts of Italy and Spain (and maybe others, I don't know) are well aware about 'holliday trafficers'. And so some gang goes to these pharma's and sell them these fakes. Once some foreigner comes in without an RX, they take the fake stuff from under the desk and sel it to you as real. Off course they will sell you the real thing if you're local or have an RX.

They make real good money off it and have not much to fear cuz after all most of us trust a pharma and don't know even realize they are fakes. And those who find out later, are too far away to go back and complain. And what would you complain about? About an illegal activity? Off course you won't. So these jackasses are really safe and make good money from unknowing travellers!

That's what this entire post was about, folks! You will NEVER know upfront what you have in hands unless you got it directly out of a doctor's office or a hospitalor so.
