Do you guys know of any site that is listing the 2003 schedules yet. I have 8 shows I plan on doing this year and I need to get the dates set, so I can be ready. I hate waiting to find out, I like to have everything written out and ready to go.

Thanks Ken

I plan on it!

I will see if I can hold the bf% down and hit the last 6 shows. They run 6 shows in 8 weeks and I think I can take all of them this year.

you nuts

8 shows your nuts!!!!!!!!! if you win the emerald WHY drop done to a lesser show if its the case! unless your going to do the orange co. or the L.A. i wouldnt advise doing that many unless your a trophy hunter!

hey ill be here in this forum waiting to hear each of his results, i wish ken well! but man 8 is nutty, lol, for me anyhow

Well the deal is I am getting old (34) and I have 2 kids. I have always wanted to get on stage and this is my year. I am not sure yet about the Emerald Cup I need to meet with a guy this weekend to discuss it. I would really like to just hit at least the 6 shows in the last 8 weeks of the season. If I do great I might concider Nationals and see what happens from there. But my main concern is my kids and being with them.

OK, I am too big :) to get down to middle weight for the Emerald Cup. I had my weight and b/f done 220 @ 9.13%

My question now is should I diet down and enter as a light heavy? 12 weeks out now. Or should I continue to bulk and enter the Gold's as a Heavy weight?

I have been out of the BB loop for the last 4 years being a dad and I would like to be BIG at the Emerald if I am not competing in it. But if I diet down and don't hit it, I wont go on stage half assed.

Any advice would really be appreciated.

Thanks guys!
